Jason Reitberger and Jacob Blumenfeld founded Quest Management Group, LLC in 1999 with Eric Reitberger joining the team in 2002.  Since its inception, Quest has dedicated itself to maximizing real estate asset value through its development of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Maryland-Virginia area. Quest has grown throughout the years to presently hold and manage 1,800 apartment units as well as 2 commercial centers in our target area. Quest has entered into joint venture agreements with strategic partners on projects in other regions to capitalize on opportunities in new markets.  The goal is to continuously look to expand and diversify these current holdings.

Prior to founding Quest, Jason Reitberger and Jacob Blumenfeld worked with TriStar Properties.  They continue to draw on TriStar’s extensive experience in creating value and profits in the real estate industry.  TriStar boasts a portfolio of over $1 billion in assets including more than 5,000,000 square feet of commercial space located throughout the United States.
